Information We Collect

When you install the App, we receive information from Shopify that is needed to operate the App, including your store name, store URL, contact email, and plan details. When you connect a Google Business Profile or import reviews, we collect review content (such as ratings, text, reviewer names, and dates), business location identifiers, and related metadata from Google. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs when you access our support or admin interfaces.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve the App; to sync data with your Shopify store; to respond to support requests; to monitor performance and security; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the App (such as hosting and analytics providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services on our behalf. We may also share information with Shopify as needed to provide app functionality through the Shopify platform.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your store has the App installed and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal requirements. When you uninstall the App, we delete or anonymize store-related data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. Merchants can contact us to exercise these rights. If you are a customer of a Shopify store using our App, please contact the store owner directly, as we process customer data on the merchant's behalf.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
